    Yes and no. I'm my own boss, but because I do outsourcing for several different companies, I have to follow their direction somewhat. I am going to gradually shift my business away from this so that I have more control.

    I like to think of myself as my own boss... but I'm not really :) I don't mind having a boss because he is a pretty great one but my last one was a complete nightmare... long story short, when I first left I had more money there but what is the point in having a job if you are going to be miserable doing it?
