Although in the USA some people eat Rocky Mountain Oysters (cow balls), cow tongue, and pig hooves, I think Meatloaf is pretty weird. Although I like it sometimes. What are some foods in your country that you think are weird? Did you eat it? Did it taste like chicken?
i consider most strange foods realted to meat dishes and india doesnt have many meat dishes except chicken mostly
Yeah, there's not many vegetable dishes that are strange. Ofcourse, there's Vegemite, which is kind of strange. It's an Australian thing. <edit> Actually we do have strange veggie things here in Minnesota, USA. During the state fair people are always trying to put things on a stick. Deep fried pickles on a stick, spaghetti on a stick, even a deep fried candybar on a stick. I'm waiting for beer on a stick. Chocolate on bread? Hmmm, do you have to melt it to get it to stay on the bread?
When I was younger we had a treat which was cold lettuce sprinkled with sugar and the then rolled up yum!!
well, here in Brazil is super normal eat pig's foot, pigs tongue, stomach, penis ,chicken heart and things like that. but i dont eat it,im vegan
I guess the strangest food for me in my country is dinuguan which is made from pigs blood together with a bit of pork and vinegar.
Well hunting is pretty popular with the men (and a few women) around here. So lots of people (not me) eat deer, bear, rabbit, pheasant, etc...
In my country Peru, there is this famous dish call "Cebiche". I thought it might seem strange because it is basically uncooked fish with lemon juice, onions, potato and corn. It is yummy, though.
VEGEMITE! Vegemite's awesome. I'd have to say it's pretty strange though, for some reason.. not sure why.
