Maybe there is a way, For me not to transfer it?

Or a way I can make up a excuse. I really need this domain.

with this post you are actually telling people on DP not to conduct business with you. Since you are not living up to your end of the deal on ebay, why should anyone think you will live up to any deals anywhere else. I would offer to buy it back, if he does not want to you are out of luck and go on and find a new name.

It's actually because it's part owned with my Friend. So I sold the domain name. And I told him and he wanted me not to sell it. So I was running in circles for weeks.

You are a terrible person, and an even worse businessman.

I will never do business with you.

I hope the buyer pursues legal action and rightfully gets the domain.

    Yeah, right.

You can say whatever you want. If you decide to do something, then do it, I don't know why you're asking us for help.

What you are doing is wrong, simple as. You put it up; live with the consequences. :)

He doesn't want it to sell. As they say, it's hard to make a friend. But takes Seconds to lose one.

Tell him your a scammer, that will fix it. Since your selling stuff you dont even own.

Btw, creating this thread pretty much just told everyone on dp and on ebay not to do any deals with you.

You are binded by contract to fulfill your obligations to the buyer. If you fail to do so you could face legal action if the buyer chooses to take that route. There is no excuse you can use to get you out of it. You posted something to sell...it sold...thats it. All you can do is basically buy it back or cut your losses.

I thought Mr. Krabb was playing that for Squidward in one Spongebob cartoon
    episode.

GFXGeorge, if you haven't transferred the domain name to the buyer, consider
the risk they might sue you for contract breach. Especially if it's a domainer,
they do such things to hold the seller accountable for their actions.

Deal with it as appropriately as possible and learn from it. Your move.

I would just say that Now you can contact him {buyer} and then ask him to sell you the domain back . If he wants then he can sell it to you otherwise you are going no where

I wouldn't do it personally, but people on ebay have done stuff like that to me before.

as long as you refund the guy, I don't see why there'd be a problem

ebay isn't a legally binding contract, forget what they say

the worst that could happen is you get your ebay account closed

REFUND HIM and keep the domain, it isn't legally his then.

Isn't legally binding in what way, I wonder?
