eBay auctions are a legally binding contract.

All I can say is 'ouch'. That's too bad. You really should only sell items that you don't want anymore. Doesn't make much sense to me otherwise.

if the guy hasn't payed yet, then just tell him to piss off
you'll get neg feedback but so what?

if the guys payed, and you haven't transfared the domain to him, refund the fella and tell him to piss off, once again you'll get neg feed back

if the domains gone and transfared, then you're screwed, so live and let go `

Nothing you can do besides buying it back if they already paid and you already transfered the domain. They most likely want more then what they paid for it.

    Good luck!

Wow, you have a high standard of moral behavior.

Remind me never to do business with any of you in this thread.

If you legitimately sell something to someone, it's theirs. Why should the buyer have to pay for your stupidity?

NO! You cannot do that! I don't know what they teach you in Italy, but that is NOT how you do business.

He payed you, it's now your responsibility to complete the transaction flawlessly.

    Get over it.

Losing a domain is much better than losing self-respect and morals.

Actually, that's pretty far from the truth. The winner of the auction could legally force him/her to sell the domain & transfer control.

It is. he paid for it.

You signed a contract with him when you put it up for auction and he paid for it and you accepted his money.
