The Social Bookmark are ok for the Seo. if you do always 40 submission every day on 40 different social bookmark. do you increase the pagerank ? there is no risck to be banned from social bookmark if you do submission every day to different pages but to same website ? there is no risck of penalization ? the link in social bookmark are permanent ?

I never recommend spamming, even social bookmarking sites. If you try to take advantage of social bookmarking, its going to comeback and kick you in the A$$. Every time you think you found a way to out smart the big "G", take a deep breath and stand back. I can guarantee Google is 3 steps ahead of you.
Most social bookmarking sites use the ref="nofollow" attribute, this keeps going from following your link. This means you get zero SERPs weight and zero pagerank juice from that backlink. You will however gain traffic via those SMS communities. From an SEO point of view SMS is really not that important and time doing that can be spent on other tasks.
Social bookmarking has got absolutely nothing to do with PR cos they all use the nofollow attribute. It will help in increasing traffic of course! Having said that - there are some Social bookmarking sites that doesnt use the nofollow attribute
just wanna ask, if you post different pages of your sites on a particular bookmarking site, let's say stumbleupon, and you do it for about 5 straight days, is there a risk of getting banned from that social bookmarking site?
Actually, after extensive research and the results of this last update, it is in my opinion that socials are the BEST tool you can use to gain position and PR!! PERIOD!! We have tested on many many sites!! Trust me on this one, join as many social sites as you can and make sure that you keep each entry in every site that you join UNIQUE!!!!! That is the key!!
Social Bookmarking only helps in traffic increase. It will not help you to improve the page rank of the pages.
Social bookmarking will help in getting traffic. Link help in increasing PR only it does not have nofollow attribute.
Although you don't gain pr from social bookmarking sites, when your site has lots of visitors some might link back to you.
At least submitting to SB sites should be done twice every week.. In order not to be banned... Because SB are moderated...

Social bookmarking really helps to boost your site traffic but it depends on the niche of your site. Also don't over use social bookmarking because they might think that you're spammer. Too excessive submission to social bookmarking of the same site might banned you.
If you added 40 submission a day, I'm sure it would help your PR. But if you could get 40 submissions to one site a day, I think you will get more exposure.
It would only help your PR if that SMS isn't using ref="nofollow" tag like a majority of them do now. I think it will be standard among them all in the near future.
