Question about purchasing domains to sell on quickly and transfer delays

When your purchasing domains to sell them on quite quickly, do you ever advertise them before the 60 days have passed, of course you can push them before that within the same registrar.

Have you had buyers still willing to purchase even if they may have to wait a few weeks before a transfer? or would most just open an account (if they dont already have one) with the registrar that your domains are at?

Hi gult, thanks for replying, its handy if most buyers are willing to do that, especially an experienced buyer i imagine will fully know the score and probably prefer a domain push as opposed to waiting.

Rarely, a few pros with lots of domains might not want to have their domains with a new registrar (trouble maintaining all) :)

Totally understandable, i can fully respect them not wanting to go opening up fresh accounts elsewhere.

I was specifically told by a large domain parking/ sale company that they do not want to open an account with a registrar. I had to wait for 60 days after the domain sale to receive payment. Now I don't register too many domains, only if I wish to experiment.

Yeah its better to make an extra payment and have it transfered to your main account than to have multiple accounts. Less headaches in the longrun..
