I don't and I think you could get caught. I'm not saying don't but don't start complaining if your Adsense account gets banned
i think its possible to get away with one or 2 clicks but more than that will raise a red flag. even tho thru proxy, it is still one IP that will generate lot of clicks which is fishy. its wise to be 100% honest with adsense and think long term.
Does a bank robber get away with it longer just because he wears a disguise? Maybe but why take the chance? People should just earn their money instead of trying to figure out how to steal it.
Be honest or Google will ban you. They know what they are doing and when in doubt they will protect their customers at all costs. That means banning you for any incursion.
Wh do people constantly try and test Google? Google knows all. If you have thought of it, I am sure 1 of the thousands of Ivy League graduates working of Google has already thought about it 10 times.

Clicking you own ads by proxy or any other shady method is irrelevant to being successful with adsense. Why waste you time and energy on the subject? This is obviously against the TOS. And even if a few clicks slipped by, you could never risk the volume of clicks necessary to make real money with your cheating... If you want to make a decent earning with Google adsense, there is only one area you should concentrate on, BEING OF SERVICE TO OTHERS. Work on getting quality visitors to a site that has value.
My opinion , if you want to build something stable you must work and have some luck too... not to try such tings... when you said this the first thing in my mind was to close my "few days" proxy website because i don't want to be a part of this...
