There are lots of new blogs and quite a big number of them fail. It's because the owners are just too lazy to write content, and when they don't generate revenue, they abandon their blogs. Here's my post about this topic: http://www.tw3o.com/why-some-blogs-fail/ Questions for you: How long have you been blogging? Are you satisfied with what you're doing?
I've been blogging for a few months and i'm happy. It's fun! Nice article by the way. I enjoy your blog!
great blog, great post Ive blogged a little over a month now (i've changed my site to a blog format). I'm very satisfied with what im doing, but im still planing ways to constantly improve it
Well, not every blog is a personal diary. Most of the blogs now contain personal insights on whatever is happening around the globe.
Just think of John Chow . He makes money and earns his living on that . He tell all people and makes Income .
Yeah, but he didn't make a blog JUST to make money (or did he? I believe that he blogs for fun as well).
Blogs fail due to having no traffic. No traffic leads to a depressed blogger and therefore the blogging stops. When a blogger writes articles and can't generate traffic they probably start thinking it's their writing and no one likes them when in fact this isn't the case what so ever right? All they need is some promotion, readers and they would still be blogging to this day maybe.
Exactly. A blog is simply a website. No matter how often you post, it's all useless unless you have traffic. And if most of your traffic is to specific pages/posts, then there's absolutely no need to blog daily, monthly, or even (dare I say it?) yearly. I've got a few semi-abandoned blogs that are ticking over nicely - purely because they have some high traffic pages. I haven't updated them in about 12 months - I promote them instead. Traffic traffic traffic!
with each passing day, i am enjoying blogging even more, regularly writing new posts with fresh and innovative content.......am doing this for the past 3 months......and DP members are very kind to share their skills and knowledge with new people like me, thanks to all of them
