Mukesh Ambani from India is world's richest now

Billionaire Mukesh Ambani on Monday became the richest person in the world, surpassing American software czar Bill Gates, Mexican business tycoon Carlos Slim Helu and famous investment guru Warren Buffett, courtesy the bull run in the stock market.

Following a strong share price rally on in his three group companie, India's most valued firm Reliance Industries, Reliance Petroleum and Reliance Industrial Infrastructure Ltd, the net worth of Mukesh Ambani rose to $63.2 billion (Rs 2,49,108 crore).

In comparison, the net worth of both Gates and Slim is estimated to be slightly lower at around $62.29 billion each, with Slim leading among the two by a narrow margin.

 

Looking @ the way indian stock market is going, it seems he will settle down at the top for some time. Probably his younger brother Anill will soon reach # 2!

Mukesh Ambani is Richest Stats , he wont stay for long IMO since the sensex will come down before dewali which i feel and the position may come back again in december.

I dont think he will stay at this position for long time... as reliance shares rose a lot today... they might fall this week or coming week.. SO Carlos may take his position again... But FOR LONG TERM I AM SURE.... he will come back to this position as his expansion plans are excellent.... I have posted on this topic in my BLOG

well thats due to raging bull of sensex and mainly due to rupee rise

when the rupee will come down he will be down again

i think he leads by few millions to mexican and bill gates

and this is just a sign of beginning of a new era of india as a superpower

 

Reliance sources had denied the report..probably Mukesh Ambani may not the richest man all over the world.

 

Well all money is because of Sensex and Sensex looks very strong. People are expcating 22k till this year.

I am sure if Sensex will go in 22k than Anil will also join top 5 richest one.
