back to sucking again ( funny words ) but not so funny for making money. what is extremely worse this month for me is cj affiliate...the worst ever. i can;t even put the number up it is so embarassing. it used to be 1/2 AS and 1/2 cj. now AS had a better month by far. anyone having any success with video adsense units from Youtube...?
I have the same problem... for about a week only had 40-50% from previous earning... I have more traffic but less earning. I reached the highest traffic again but I only earn 40% than before... still wondering why... I hope this would be temporarily.
I feel your pain. With my main affiliate I can expect 1 in 25 free sign ups to end up as a sale which brings me anywhere between $9.99 and $99.99. I am now on a 0 for 63 streak and I am wondering what is up. People can't afford gas? Can't pay their house note? I am no economic expert but I can't help but think the weak dollar and economic hardships are leading to people tightening their belts and doing without the non essentials. I am sure it is effecting Google Adsense as well.
I've had it on for 3 years I'm pacing only a little over $200. for the month, down from normally a grand? I've been talking to a lot of auto dealers and they say they are having their worst month they can ever remember. A friend of mine normally sells 20+ cars per month and has 1 car out. somethings wrong. either smartpriced or the whole automotive niche has gone to hell.
Same goes for me here... I've been in adsense for a year and I have gone up to earning around $50 per day but same as yours around September my revenue per day became $30 a day and for this month its usually $9-$12 a day. My impressions has only declined only 10%. What is happening to Adsense? Is this just a cycle in the year or is it permanent?
are you getting less ads from, say, major mfg's like ford and toyota? what i have seen in the automotive niche with adsense is less cpc and more cpm, for the few car manufacturers left that are still advertising... it will drive your ecpm down quick, check your site-targeted stats. if you are getting a bunch of local dealer ads that are not in your area, see if any of 'em are using this url: n339.asp-cc.com... that url is not visible in the ad, it's coming from an ad server, so you'll have dig to see it... consider putting it in your filter, because it takes over a bunch of ad blocks.
