Can someone please answer me this.
I've had some one way links built to my website . Do the links have to be from sites that have a high PR? I've just checked the PR of the website where the links are from and they are all PR0. Does this mean the one way links are useless?

No they don't have to have a PR. As long as the page your link will be on is indexed it will pass some value(unless penalized or something like that). PR(toolbar) has no influence on this. even though it says there is no PR all sites do have a PR...

Thanks for it ....I wish its become one of the top 10 SEO blog of 2007...Frankly this is little more than article really a complete guide.....
But I have a question friend regarding reciprocal linking - Isn't Google gives lesser importance to the links page in websites afterall they are all about to get higher pagerank rather than rational info exchange? ( May be google hidden rationale) ...what do you think.....!

I wouldn't mind that myself. I put alot of time, effort, experimentation and knowledge into my articles and I hope that someday it will be a top 10 seo blog. But it is quite popular as it is.

To a certain degree yes they do. Links pages tend to be valued lower especially if orphaned. Also the number of links on the links page effects how much value is passed and whether or not the links are quality will also be a deciding factor.

I wouldn't recommend link exchanging... most of the people who will do it are trash sites.
