New to SEO, need help!

    Hi guys!

    I need some seo advices. I've just created my first blog (last month), and started learning about seo.
    Could you please tell me what I should do first to get visitors for my blog?
    I've already searched for keywords, put it in the meta tag, and started optimizing it.

    How should I advertise? (do I need it for my blog)

    You should add your rss feed to rss feed sites and add blog to blog directories.

    Is it okay to submit to as many rss feed sites and blog directories as I like?
    Don't I get penalized for that?

    You can submit to as many site as you want :) SE will not penalize you based on this. If they do, your competitors will be able to set you up by submitting your site to tons of directories etc..
