I think it should be now clear to everyone that any debit card issued in india cannot be used to do "Visa Money Transfers". It has been clearly laid out in the TOS of each bank that "VISA Money Transfers" can be done to and from CC/DC cards issued only in india by only an indian bank.

RBI requires that all the money transactions involving foreign currency must be reported to it and also it can be done only with RBI having the full knowledge of it. Which in the case of "VISA Money Transfers" is perhaps not possible.

The only last hope is CC transfer which to the last count only one person had reported to be partly successful as the credit card was accepted. The person in question is "sanneepre". So if he confirms it then we have a solution or else..........

So Please guys stop putting questions with regards to debit cards accepting transfers. NO DEBIT CARD CAN ACCEPT PAYPAL TRANSFERS. I am not shouting I am only making it more noticeable ;)

If anyone tries paypal transfers using CC then he is obligated to report it in this thread ;) Best Of luck to All and Me Too :D;)

Yes it works. I have just completed a paypal transaction cycle (buyer fund-paypal-visa card-atm withdrawal) and withdrawn the fund through my visa card. It is a really nice feature though still would take time for the fund transfer to be facilitated, in my case about a week.

If you are having a debit card issued by a US bank, you can withdraw. The issue here is we cant with draw to a debit card issued by an Indian Bank.

Now you can add your Indian bank account to your PayPal account, so you can withdraw your money directly to your bank. It saves you time and gives you faster access to your PayPal funds!

Plus, there is no charge to withdrawal amounts over INR 7000*. Only Rs. 50 nominal fee if your withdrawal amount is less than 7000/- So, go ahead and add your bank account today!

That's an excellent feature, nice to know! I have a Mastercard supported PayPal debit card which I can use just about anywhere, but this could be a great option for people who don't have one, or live in countries where they don't offer it. I've been using PayPal for several years, and it's worked out quite well for me.
