    Ezer your tool doesnt show all the links. Its like looking into google with link: command.

    Only webmaster tool shows all the links.

    That one, yes. Login, get your site registered - and see a lot of links. Whether it's ALL links, I really couldn't tell you though. They do list a lot of links, including rel-no-followed ones.

    One thing you need to know though: numbers aren't everything. A 1000 rel-no-followed links will not get you much further in the serps, where 10 high quality on topic links with good link-text may just give your site that extra push to finally make it into the top ten for certain keywords. Google gives a lot of information, but it doesn't tell you which links are actually helping your site rise in the serps and which are merely background noise.
