Why do you think its Spam Perry Rose? Its called Marketing get use to it If the ebook said "the techniques do work but will be hard work and could take a few months do you think people would buy it? People are lazy and want a quick fix of money, thats just not possible. Ebooks are great and do work, but people like you think their spam and a waste of money. Those types of people wont get far. Just my 2 cents.
I read 12 Month Internet Millionaire ebook and did not find anything new,he only explained the basics.
I've listened to about 50% of the audio and found it really interesting. Basically, it's an insight into direct mail. Whether this is "new" to you, depends on how much you know about direct mail I guess. If you are not familiar with direct mail, you will probably get a lot of great ideas. Apparently the transcript is full of "ahhs" and "umms" which may be quite tiresome to attempt to read. However, since I have been listening to the audio (and rarely read transcripts) this hasn't bothered me too much.

I am serious you can actually make that much money. And he also tells you how does he plan to make you that much money. So if it was a spam then he wouldnt reveal all that. Actually it is a very detailed guide with step by step instructions on what to do everyday for 20 days to make that much money. It is basically about making money with PLR but he goes in some much detail that its actually possible. I have bought the book but i haven't got the time right now to start my project. But i do have access to the private forum where i get to discuss a lot of things with other members who have bought the book and from there i came to know that so many people actually made that much money from this program. And if you see it this way even if you make half of it then whats the harm ?
I agree with you totally if you follow these so called recycled stuff and spam then you can actually make a lot of money. But you are not going to make much money if you are not willing to work hard.
Its not spam what makes you think it is ? If you actually follow his guidelines and work for 20 days as he instructs you too then it achieving that target isn't difficult. This ebook was my best investment in 2007. It is really worth the money he is asking for. I am talking about making 20K$ in 20 days.
