How do I get back after ban?

Adsense disabled my account for invalid clicks that were made by someone else, possibly my competition. Any advice on getting another account in the system?

I think some people set up a company and reapply under company name.

You can appeal for unban or register a new account but all are different from before individual info(domain, IP, home Address, cookies, web scripts, your name)
    appeal is the best solutions

once you are out of adsense for click fraud , you get a life ban from adsense , try other networks now

if you still want adsense , try getting it in name of your close ones(wife ,parents, sister, idont suggest gf's and bothers)

If you try with new name and address, there is a BIG change that you only waste your time because you can get banned again....
test something else like bidvertiser, adbrite, chitica etc...
