I'm looking for a possible sale of my PR6 site

I had built this site a couple of years ago and haven't even touched it since. It's not a huge site, only around 25 static pages.

The site is based around cars and "Lemon Laws"

The site recieves 400-500 visitors a month (all SE) and it made a whopping $18 in adsense last month and a massive $13 this month...lol.

I know I could make more cash by selling links but I thought I would try selling the whole thing instead.

There is a huge scope for improvement as I only covered Lemon Laws for 8 states, this means there are another 40+ that you could add if you wanted

I'm open to offers and if the price is right then it's yours.

    Thanks,
    Terry

No rubbish - while I can't attest to digpagerank's accuracy, the red '6' indicates a forged Page Rank through redirects or some other means. I won't call the OP a liar, but the PR does show as invalid and should be investigated before anyone commits to buy.

As I said I haven't really done anything to this site in a long time and I only noticed it was a PR6 after I was replacing the index page as it had been hacked last week.

I don't know anything about fake page rank so if you could tell me how to find out about, I and others would appriciate it.

    Thanks,
    Terry

Can we get a screenshot of the visitors and the $13-18 a month? The fake pagerank doesn't bother me too much (except it should make your sale price cheaper = bad for you). It would help to know what you are expecting in the way of a sale. Just a ballpark is cool. thanks.

O.k, I'm starting to think this has a lot to do with my sites being hacked last week.

Please disreguard this thread, I honestly was't trying anything shady but with the help of some of the replies in this thread and a bit of quick surfing it does look like a fake pagerank, put the following into google

    info:lemon-law-explained.com

Thats the same guy who hacked all my sites!

It happens :) Good look on admitting the error and canceling the sale, that is definitely the best (and most honest) route.

If the site was hacked, I guess the hacker has higher page rank than the site.

Also $13/month ad-sense and PR6, especially after the new update didn't jive.
