Is this the right place to mention something like this? keyword tracker is not working for me either. It just hangs up then eventually clears without searching anything.
I think that is not working for anyone anymore. Same as all other similar tools, as they where all based on Google SOAP API, which was discontinued over a year ago.
Do you have an older valid api? That may work, but with no way of getting new api from gogle, new users are left outside.
I'm sorry to hear that! My SOAP keys are years old. I wonder if there is a keyword tracker application that uses the new Ajax keys?
This is old news already Google discontinued soap api for over a year I have an old api but still get errors sometime. And i am not aware of any other tool to worth mention. All i could find are lacking in report at least close to reality results (i don't expected 100% exact, we all know is based on IP, datacenter, etc). So i am thinking of making one
The SOAP API is still working. Yes they discontinued giving them out to people but the old ones (like mine) are still being supported. I am having the same problem with my tracker but it can't be the API because the Yahoo and MSN tracking is down too and they don't rely on the same API setup. I have contacted support and am waiting for an answer. It is helpful to know that some people are not experiencing this problem. -DL
It was working fine for me up till I put the Yahoo & MSN script on. I deleted all my old ones and added them again with Yahoo & MSN included. Then it stopped! That was 3 weeks ago.
Yeah it is the advanced usage script that is causing the error. If you remove it from your preferences you can still track Google rankings. Hopefully they will fix the script so we can continue to monitor Yahoo and MSN as well.
