switching publisher id's?

Hey.

I am interested in buying a website that claims to be making a certain amount of money from adsense every day. I would like to know if it is allowed for him to replace his adsense publisher id with mine for a day or two so i can confirm his daily earnings?

I believe it is the same thing as this forum revenue sharing, isn't it? So if DP practices it for a while and its members didn't get banned, I am pretty sure that it is allowed.

what's wrong with him just changing out his adsense code and putting in someone elses?

With Adsense, as with anything in life, everything is allowed, unless the rules state otherwise.

Its that's really allowed, then its nice to buy and sell adsensebase sites.

 

if you own a new web site, it's allowed to use your adsense code on that web site

 

i think that is why there is a buy sell trade -> sites section.

 

yes, just make sure that you both dont have ads from two accounts on one page, make sure you swap all the codes

 

Thanks everyone...and in case anyone misunderstood, i meant switching Pub Id's as a way of confirming income BEFORE you buy someone else's website...not after.
