Will you be celebrating the DEVIL this Halloween? Are you true Catholics or are you Followers who say you are.

Please tell me why so many people believe this Satanist act.

Halloween for me is just a fun tradition, I don't take it seriously. We mainly celebrate All Souls day and pray for the dead, not the devil.

i'm 25 and grown up, so i can see that its a fun day for kids, not a religious festival or anything.

maybe you need to look at life a little more and see if the book you read, tells you your life has to revolve around a boring book, and not have any fun.

The Festival of Halloween is a celebration of the end of the fertile period of the Celtic Goddess Eiseria. It is said that when Eiseria reaches the end of her fertile cycle the worlds of the dead and the living interlap. This happens on October 31. Masks are worn to show respect for the Goddess Eiseria who, like most Celtic deities, does not wish to be seen with human eyes. The day also preceeds All saints day, which was at first the celebration of the start of a new cycle of fertility for the celtic Goddess Eiseria. Couples incapable of producing children thus tried their luck on All saints day.

not a mention of the Devil in that.

i added the meaning of what it is, and i think you are the one lacking the understanding of what it is. and it predate your religion by a few thousand years.

I am an atheist. But I am not proud of it - it just so happened that I do not care about religion. I do not reject it, just do not care.

Thats a made up fairytale. Where did you source it from? Eiseria isnt even listed under the Celtic deities to start with.
