Ok here's what happened.
I met this really nice girl, well behaved and stuff and I played a good game with her But then I was on Y! Messenger where I typed "Hi Lil Sis" (Actually I got confused with her ID to my sisters ID), from that day she's become very close to me but calls me her brother. Now should I forget her and move on or is there anyway to change the situation??

Really you should have said it was a mistake when you said that.

Now your stuck in a situation with 2 options:
1) tell her and hope she feels the same way (if not then your friendship might be at risk)
2) don't tell her and just hope something happens naturally.

I'd go for 1) but this is why I try not to get too friendly with people before I date them.

 

Same as above. Tell her what happened and also tell her that you have some 'other' feelings about her.

If she understands, move on. If she doesn't, still move on but without her

I'd just tell her it was an honest mistake. Although if she thinks of you as her brother... chances are... it ain't never gonna happen now.

 

I'd have to agree with the previous poster.

If she's become very close to you with a brother picture in her mind, and you try to get close to her more as a friend or whatever you call it, chances are you might tickle her the wrong way and then you know what happens

Still, if you're honest to her, it may work out.
