Great site with great brand, original design and graphics. Features more than 300+ original articles on fashion, fitness and family. These are great articles that you would be paying $5 or $10 to have written for you. Examples:

This site also comes with a list of PR agencies and marketing contacts who have provided the site with thousands of dollars in free merchandise (toys, books, make-up etc). You can see the reviews of the free stuff throughout the site. (Example: http://www.sharpmom.com/mom/p,281 All of these books were free.). You can expect some good freebies out of this too.

The site is PR3 and is 18 months old. It has very low traffic. I just recently tried to really monetize it, so it doesn't have much to show (about $250 in income total). My wife had fun writing the content, but has zero interest in marketing it (I have even less interested in marketing it.). Given that, we're selling. With some minimal marketing and a forum, I imagine that this could draw some real traffic from a super-attractive demographic.

That's a fair statement... if you believe that $250 is the max that the site could have made. It is not. Some people are good at creating, others are good at marketing. Some at both. For people who suck at content creation, and excel at web marketing there is real value here. I'm just trying to price in the value (or at least a fraction of it) of the articles and the PR contacts that this comes with, etc. I have seen people way more than $1k for less and inferior articles... Articles that don't come with an actual site, domain, brand, graphics, links, etc, etc. I believe that a little marketing would yield a lot more dollars. I think that most sites lack quality content and quality design. There is some value in having all of that and a PR3 and just adding the appropriate marketing.

I dont think you can have images by the google ads. If so your click through ratio is going to go down.. But all in all good looking site alexa rating is really low for a site thats 18 months old 8,000,000 + means its getting no traffic at all.
