I made about 50% less then I did last month.

 

With traffic up and clicks up you still lost revenue? Or did you lose traffic to?

~ 7% up to previous months, the last 10 days or so however have been much better than early 20 days of October:

PR down - traffic UP
eCPM same or little up
CTR always same (=2 digits)

 

Best month in over 4 years here.

 

I was getting really low in the 1st half.. but it just recovered in last few days.

 

My traffic is about the same but my cpc has went from ~4 cents a click to under 2 cents per click.

October has been the best month ever for me..

 

with impression going up a lot, i hardly noticed any increase

 

I had a slight increase, but the last week was terrible. Over 50% decrease.
My affiliate links are performing the same, so I highly doubt I was smart priced.
I am getting 3 times bigger ecpm with affiliate links than with adsense.

 

I'm pretty sure I got smart-priced on one of my sites. It earns about 20% of what another one of my same site earns with less clicks.

Smart-pricing theoretically would affect ALL your sites, so if it's only one, probably not smart-pricing?

Now in October Adsense is my 4th best revenue source, after Adbrite, Bannerconnect and Valueclick.

I am barely breaking 20 bucks a day with adsense, when giving it ~100k impressions across many different sites. I'd replace most of my adsense ads with something else if the alternative just didn't make the webpages look so ugly.

 

Same here lol, earned about 7x what I did in lifetime prior just in the month of October
