That tolet paper motor boat n son of a b@#! lol .. just kidding. But yes it is stealing. He can actually get charged with a petit theft charge if ever caught. Ok whats his full name and where are you... JUST KIDDING LOL

You sould report that crime to your local police & get him locked up. That's how the career criminals start, 1st toilet paper, then they start robbing little old ladies & so on

If they are offering it for free (which usually is for customers) and he is not customer then its stealing. There is no discussion of small theft of big one. Thief is always a thief and can steal anything anytime. Be aware

A thief is a thief... regardless of how insignificant the items he's stealing seem to be. That's how I choose to look at it, anyway!

While I wouldn't be upset with my friend per se I still wouldn't trust him with anything of mine... if my friend was willing to steal ANYTHING, whatever it might be, who is to say they won't be willing to steal from me too?

 

What if he needs to wipe his ass though?

 

He should have thought about that when he chose to be irresponsible and not buy his own TP!

Ok people listen up.....He is doing the Fast Food joint a favor. They offer a free toilet to use that happens to have toilet paper...If he went there everyday and used thier toilet to do his business he would be wasting thier water too, and for a fast food joint the wastewater charge is pretty high because they deal with food (I work for a water company) so all in all he is just helping them out....also it might deter others from using the toilet if they dont see TP.....
