If anyone can guarantee sales along with traffic, they would be a very rich person And the reason its coming from all different countries is because you ordered a global package opposed to a country specific. I advise you to do more research before purchasing a product and then blaming the seller for it not instantly generating you sales. We send visitors to your site, from there it is up to the visitor to decide whether your content is worth purchasing or viewing.. it's not the responsibility of us.
