I'll chime in... WB CPM is just under $3 for me so far. It just beats my average Google CPM by a few cents, but Google is so up and down nowadays that next month it could double and beat WB. It tells me a few things, one is they are pricing right... not so much that it really is too good to last, like YPN in the old days and Shitika.

It does remind me of Shit(i mean Chit)ika. The first couple months were great and then they decided to "adjust" the earnings. Turning a thousand into less than $100. It could happen here too. I say ride the wave and look for the next one. :) ... Maybe they've done their homework and know they can maintain this level. Google does. All they would need to do is not treat publishers like lima beans and they'd top Google.

Of course, they would have to pay too... there is that. I'll put WB on more pages over the next week and continue to monitor it. Google has been weird cause if I give it too much traffic it tends to floor my CPM.

I tried them for a week but were not converting ... 2000+ impressions and only 2 clicks of $0.15 each .... I removed them .... was I impatient ?

well i used google for a while but they just pay really poor for gaming websites so i switched to WB for about two weeks. i was earning around 5$/day max. with google and making over 15$/day now with WB (max almost 22$ in a day).

i will switch back to google now until WB pays to minimize the risk of WB not actually paying. if they do i will switch back to WB the minute they pay.

Chios i think you were too impatient. i have a 728x90 banner that performs strangely. one day it earns a little over 1$, other days over 10$. it all depends on what type of people are visiting your website everyday and how Ad blind they are. i would give it another try and this time leave it for at least 1-2 days (providing that fact that you are not loosing much money in these 2 days)

OMG come out from under that rock please....and it wasn't because of anything bad, simple error where the bot' would get stuck in a loop on index page.

Working great for me, it's just patients and trial and error, I have tried different configurations and set ups, just find what works and what doesn't. Couple of my pages are over $10cpm.

I have got 0.30$ per click and 10% ctr which is 30$ cpm.
But my earning are still read (not aproved) because they aren aproved.

Do you see drop in earning when they aprove your click/site ?

btw. I don't think they are that stupid so they realy put sitewide link on 600 000 sites. They really doesn't know any seo.

Yes you may receive a large reduction un-fortunately, my pages with CTR of 5% are being reduced by 4-8cents - from 28cents to 20/22 cents.

I bet your ad placement wasn't good enough. My site got 6000+ impression with average 45+ clicks worth $0.27 per click.

CTR with WidgetBuck depends heavily on the topic of the site.

WidgetBucks get their money through amazon and ebay auction affiliation? I think they expect a certain goal value from everyone's clicks and when that goal value is not reached they will start to lower the payouts drastically. It is kind of like me asking you to run my ebay auction ad's on your site and offering a CPM of 0.28 cents and then when I notice the traffic your sending me isn't getting me sales through my ebay affiliate account. I go back and only pay you .05 CPM now, yeah I know I said/shown you 0.28 cents, but I am lowering it. Take it or leave it.

I do not think they can keep up the payouts unless you send them traffic that converts really well for them.

hmpargi: Revolutions to targeted advertisement? To place auction/amazon advertisements in a swf/flash format is revolutionary? They have you pick your category. I doubt it does content matching like adsense.

Well only to a degree, I mean if you have a blog about the latest space shuttle launch to mars - how can they possibly find relevant ad's or products in relation ? But if you have a Blog Post about the Latest computers or MP3/Ipod then yes they can find a suitable ad' (with merchsense).

thsadmin: But in that regard if all they are doing is showing amazon/ebay listings wouldn't you just rather run your own amazon/ebay affiliate ad's instead? Is it just easier to let them run it and you get a CPM from the traffic you send to them?
