I launched this site http://www.cosmocentral.com about 2 months now. Got a pagerank 3 today from nothing. Guess Google is indeed keeping the pagerank concept alive!
I never knew it was dying to begin with. They just did a update so many people were expecting changes. Congradulations!
The fact that people thought PR was dying was a pure case of panic and rumors. Google updates do not follow any set time table and people panic when they think it should have happened. PR is a live and well and congrats to both of you on good numbers.
I thought Google cutting off the pagerank concept. Another site I have stuck with pagerank 3 for 7 months now. Google should clear the air explaining what they are doing.
I don't think they are doing away with the PR system anyways.. guess those were all rumors.. anyways i got PR3 for my blog..
of course PR works. it works just fine. I think you are trying to say that Google finally updates its PR.
They did not released yet an official statement about abolishing the PR instead they will delay it because of the selling links issue.
Its scary how they are squeezing the PR for bigs sites new york times etc. Hopefully things are changing for better.
I thought PR would be out and I wasn't excited to have some, but my 8months blog that has no PR ever since got PR4.
