FS: PR5 Webmaster Site

I'm considering selling our PR5 webmaster tool site: http://www.freewebmaster.net. Please pm me offers if anyone is interested. Sale includes domain, design, and all the scripts. I can also include the freewebmaster.org domain.

Any Bin In Mind?? Where Is It Registered ?

 

Registered at namecheap for another 2 years. No specific bin in mind. If I get something reasonable, I'll sell it. Otherwise I'll just sell the 10 links on the left side for $10/mo each and make a good $100-120/mo ($100 for links and $20 for adsense).

 

I did't see any other sponsor link except http://www.t35.com ..So how you say make $100 from link selling ? ..Btw i want to know your starting price..

 

There are none right now. If I don't sell the site, I plan to just get sponsored links there. I think $10/mo is fair for a PR5 site-wide link. I don't really have a starting price. Just msg me or post bids and if it's anything reasonable I will follow up.

 

Domain is only one month old. Is this a dropped domain?

 

Okay.. based on some pm's.. I don't really have a start price, but I'm looking for something in the $xxx range. So I obviously wouldn't even consider offers under $100, which I think is fair considering the scripts that are being included (and not to mention that it's premium domain that is now PR5).

 

It wasn't a dropped domain when I registered it. I got all of our new domains new. All 3 are now PR5 because of backlinks from some of our other high PR sites and a lot of SEO work I've done with the domains. You can check for yourself, all domains are a month old and are now PR5:

I'm not sure if anyone owned the domains at any point in the past, but I bought all of them new w/ namecheap domain name registration and all were PR0 when I started them (since they were obviously new domains!).

Will your links to this site be permanent?

Are the tools customed or licensed scripts? Any support provided and are the source unencoded?

Any traffic to the site?

 

The scripts are un-encoded. They are mix of free scripts available on the internet and paid scripts that I had on my computer from a few years ago. Traffic is minimal: 10-15 hits/day.

I can keep a link from the other sites for a certain amount of time. I also submitted all 3 of our new sites to tons of directories, etc.. so you would also get those backlinks for free.

 

Thank you to everyone who sent PM's. I'm still going to wait a little bit to see if anyone else is interested and am also trying to gauge the interest for the "sponsored links" on the site (ie: if i can get $100/mo from links then selling for <$300 would be stupid) but i'll definitely get back to everyone asap!

 

I just checked google and the site ranks #30 for "free webmaster tools". I know that's not that high, but it's not too bad considering the age of the site!

I am interested however;
My biggest concern here is how can domain/website get a pr ranking of pr5 ..in less than one month?

And pulling links off in a month seems like it can ruin the name in general.

I wouldn't necessarily pull the links off, but I don't want to commit to having the links there because I am planning on re-designing most of the other sites very soon and don't want to be stuck with having to link to something. Not to mention the fact that i don't want to link to a site under "our network" that is obviously no longer part of our network.
