About Article Format
Ideally body text must contain 350-400 words. I don't recommend to add any link in body text, but if needed, it shouldnt contain more then 1 link.
Generally we are using 1 anchor + 1 url link in author resource box. The most of directories dont allow more then 3 links in author bio box. There is a nice example in the order form.

promethus - you may want to change the link you posted for the order form to http://www.articlessubmissionservice.com/orderform.php?mod=1 (your link is missing the mod=1, so people get the login page and the "click here for the order form" is very small, it's a little confusing).
