Yeah, you could try ExoClick, who have a weekly PayPal payout which is handy. Another one to consider is AVN Ads. Or you could use both of these together to try and maximise your earnings.

For the first 100 clicks, you get 0.01 per click after that you get more after your account get approved. How much more, I don't know.
They accept Adult sites I think as long as its not Child P. Can also look at my guide in my Sig to a few of the bigger ad networks ... but from memory most dont accept Adult sites.. Maybe Adbrite does too ..
It says "low payout rates". You can get paid when your account balance reaches only $10. They also pay out every week. Payment is by PayPal too, so it's in your pocket that bit quicker!
