I got problem in PayPal

    Hi guys can you help me out about my Problem? I have verified premium PayPal account and it has $133 of funds on it, but my account got limited last October 10 for somebody paid me a credit card which it cost my PayPal limited.

    after 14 days all payments completed and some where reversed, after that PayPal ask for some documentary requirements. I gave them my documentary files but not it's been a 5 days, but no response from PayPal about my account.

    Did anybody had the same with my problem? Any advise can you tell me on how to solve this problem?

    When you mentioned 'Last October 10', are you referring to October 10 2006 or 2007 ?

    If it is the recent October 10 then just give them some time. If not, call or email Paypal and see if they can give you a feedback of the status or if you can volunteer more information.

    Sometimes it can take a while to clear. If it is paid by credit card then Paypal will need to wait for the bank to make the final decision as to whether to reverse the chargeback or not.

    it was last October 10, 2007 yes the case was already solved with the credit card thing it was reversed. the problem i'm hanging is in the limit access they still didn't unlimit my account and no feedback from them yet.

    Contact them again and see what other documentations they require from you.

    Ok, I contacted them up and they said they will email me within or after 24hrs. :) hope they will unlimit my account thanks for your help eddy..

    I had same problem with paypal but issue solved very nice way for me :)

    they ask me some proff of Photo, address, and any govt. verified document and i did same so after this i got mail that this is not enough for us and asked for 5 transaction details and i provided 5 transaction details via fax and with in 2 hours i got reply form paypal

    paypal is really great in customer support but you must follow step that they required :)

    paypal is good, but to many rule and to many bla bla bla we have to follow...maybe is good to secure paypal name in the LAW, but to customer is really hard...

    all payment method on internet like i said, have happy costomer and UN happy costimer

    i njust want deleted my account at paypal with $18 amount inside, when they ask me to many brule and i really dont have time to give them..

    just think if they ask me have to add billing utility ...if iam a student far far a way from parent and have to making travel to pick up billing utility only for paypal?

    i dont think so..i will move to another payment method

    you paid domainsite.com for me, the payments was voided by paypal, did you get reply from paypal, they are lazy don't check emails. :p:p:p

    Hey I don't know whats the problem is really. By this time your code must have reached you, you can ask for help from paypal regarding this and mail them your problem in the contact us section. I am sure they will reply you quickly with 24 hours time.

    you need to harass paypal, keep calling them and make sure to get on your paypal account case.. or else they won't do anything until 160 days

    sorry for the BUMP but even I have the same problem with my paypal account. They asked me for address proof.. I uploaded and faxed the proof. Called them twice and mailed them thrice.. still no response. I have 500$ in my account

    can anyone help ?

    Even my account was limited a week ago and they restored it after faxing the required documents. I emailed PayPal about every problem I was facing. I mean, like, I didn't have my name on Utility bill. So, I had to email them and they replied me back in 10 hours stating that at least the address should match. So, the same works here.

    Contact PayPal and thats the best solution. Good Luck!
