Scammer Alert: GeauxTigers

I WAS JUST SCAMMED BY GeauxTigers
He said he would immediately send me $50 via e-gold if I sent him $50 via paypal. I sent the paypal then he started to ignore my pm's. I filed a complaint on paypal but we all know that has a rare chance of working. Mods please ban this guys account. I gave him a bad itrade and filed a paypal claim. What should I do?

 

Hunt him down, I guess. I don't think the moderators will be able to do that for you.

Oh, make sure you leave an iTrader for the person to reflect your satisfaction with the deal.

Do the mods take any actions on scammers? Which mods should I report him to?

 

I don't think the mods would do anything, Im sorry for your loss, hope you get it back on paypal.

 

Damn man! Can't people see that if someone is offering something, let them send it to you first then you send last ! I hate to hear that you were taken!

There are so many scam alerts these days. I wonder what is happening... It looks like DP community is attracting a large number of those who think (and not without the reason) that we are easy targets...

PPL frequently ask for an exchange in the buy/sell section. He was nice enough to agree to do the exchange I guess or maybe he needed money in this egold account.
