That sums it up for me.

Sometimes I can go to bed at 11 and go to sleep at 4:30.

I used to read books, then I would get hooked on the books and ended up reading 2+ hrs :( not good.

I now watch tv... that bores me enough to go to bed lol.

No, I can't sleep if I read a book. I'm too excited to know the ending.

Yes.. Well... it used to be anything from reading to watching movies to listening to any kind of music or audio books. But now I only read. I don't have to read to be able to sleep though.

Currently reading School Rumble by Kobayashi, Jin. A polygon love story comedy manga.

Do you remember anything about what you've read it you only read for a few minutes before sleeping? Does it do much good?

Personally, I don't read before sleeping.

LOL, reading such a book will give me nightmares. When I read, I read something totally unrelated to what I do for living :)

Smart choice - being informed about life and entertained at the same time ;) What are your favorite magazines? Mine is Time, Money Sense, National Geographic.
