Wordpress Contact Me Plugin

I have seen various wordpress blogs using a contactus page which has a form with spam protection making the user enter the sum of 2 numbers to ensure it's a human.

Does anyone know this plugin?

I second that. Very easy to use plugin that does the job quite well.

i use cforms as it looks nice with it's use of ajax plus it has captcha spam protection or you can set your own. i.e. 2+4=
