    The pet industry is huge!! $35 billion industry.

    Google Page Rank of 1.
    Only about 5 uniques a day.
    I have adsense on it but never had any channels going so i dunno if its making anything.
    Members sign up once in awhile with new recipes.

    Well i have a huge dedicated that I host all my sites on. I would want the site moved to the new owners server. I have a reseller acct and could set you up with hosting for as little as $4 a month.
    The hosting would also come with $20 google adwords credit and $25 microsoft ad center credit.
