    No, you can´t register a new adsense with the same address and a different name because google computer know's it.

    Is this true? Why not, may be from the same family are 2 or more people with different accounts.

    As far as i have heard, various people can login to their accounts on a single PC and various people can have their own accounts ;)

    same person cant have two accounts , and having two accounts on same address is also okay , but if one of the account is banned on the same address , google might find something fishy there

    if you open the second account, both of the accounts will be banned.

    one person can have only one adsense account
