    You can verify your moneybookers account without a credit card. Verifying your address will remove most limitations.

    You can add a "Bank Account" to varify your MB aswell..so that you can withdraw at anytime :)

    There're many which would work with MB, check the BST section and you'll have many offers.

    You can verify your address to increase limit. Adding CC is not necessary. Verifying bank account is another option to increase limit.

    i have try the adress verification, but after 1 month dont receive pin code, also i dont have credit card :(
    so i have left only the bank account option.

    Try to email them, they might arrange any alternative method to verify your address (like they might ask you to send them scanned copy of your national ID card etc.). Try it, you have nothing to lose in emailing them :)
