I've posted a list of my favorite plug-ins which helped our blogs a lot here. It's also categorized for your convenience. I hope that it will help those plug-in seekers out there!

AdSense Deluxe is a little dated. You should consider looking at the AdSense Manager plug-in by Martin Fitzpatrick. Works very nicely.

Sociable is another good one I use. It looks like you're using on your site but didn't include it in your list? I've found it to be a very useful way of getting people to digg/stumble my posts.

I have a problems on how to edit my Permalinks..using wordpress 2.2

 

Permalinks? Log-in to your control panel, go to options then permalinks.
