I have a php script that's trying to send out registration confirmation emails...but it's having problems..im not sure what kind...but its essentially unable to send emails.....i recently setup the dedicated server...so I'm assuming its probably as a result of my configuration... (btw I have the exact same script running on my old server...it works without a problem..) anyone have any idea?
No php errors displayed...just unable to send.....previously it had an issue with mod_ssl..so i had to rebuild php with openssl enabled and that fixed it... what do you think are the possibilities...
someone asked me if i get errors in my postmaster email account....to be honest....i dont even have a postmaster mail account setup.....i mean i understand that the default email address can kinda serve as one... but yeah to be honest...i havent even setup the email.....i sent a test email to a and it did show up in the default email address which was ... but yea other than that i never took the time to configure any of that.....
Where did you get your server from. Most companies will have that installed for you by default. Peace,
Installed what?....I don't think this is an issue of "installation".... I have a dedicated server....I have installed and configured everything....just might be a little off on some php configs.... i had been having some mx record issues.....but i already got the reverse dns setup with the datacenter
