1) The $200 is a one time payment. If your keyword or key phrase is over 2 million competition then this is how the payment is structured.
Up to 2 million = $200
up to 4 million = $400
up to 6 million = $600
up to 8 million = $800
Get the idea?

2) The payment lasts for the time frame specified in the OP. I will reassess pricing for this service in another 6-8 months. If I can do well enough then this service will continue for you and then another timeframe will be for the same if not a little more or less.

thinking of ordering two keywords, one is 1,930,000 while the other is 2,130,000 so for this one should I round down to 2million or round up to 4 million?

Make sure it is "quoted". Specifically for "key phrases". "Key Phrases" are very different to Key Phrases when doing a Google Search.

1. Can we still work on the site as usual or is it best to let you work your magic alone? (That includes link building, adding content, etc)

2. Do we need to make changes to the websites homepage or other pages?

3. If the answer to 2 is no, then can we make changes to our existing pages without interfering with your work?

All my work is external. You can do what you like. However, please try not to get your site banned by Google via blackhat procedures. It kinda negates what I am doing for you

"Business Directory" is not 800 million. It's 11.6 million here.

"Web Directory" is 11 million here.

So, in effect the cost would be $1000 per key phrase.

I just PM'ed you with an answer to your question. But, I need to clarify something here for all:

Keywords means one word.
Key phrase means more than one word. This is the same as anchor text.

An example:

A keyword SEO brings 36 million results.
Two keywords SEO services brings 4.58 million results.

The key phrase "SEO services" brings 463,000 results.

I hope this clears up any misconceptions about keywords and key phrases.
