    most youtube inner page are stilll pr8.jsut homepage are pr3. it tell me, pr not updated or it was degreed by human.

    Shows up as a pr 3 on my pr bar.

    You know when youtube is a 3 that either:

    1) this update is incomplete, or
    2) pr has gotten so useless it's just silly.

    I think the update is still going on, because one of my sites dropped from PR3 to PR2, and is now back at PR3...
