whatever you buy, make sure to track the results

I'd buy some PayPerPost and ReviewMe reviews. You can see better results than just paying for directories/high PR sites as each incoming link is surrounded by good copy.

Then as Lordy says, find companion sites and purchase banners directly.

Get a good PPC course like PPC formula and start promoting CPA using techniques mentioned in the course. It won't be long before you start making some good money.

I'd invest in paid reviews and article marketing. I would invest 1200$ is reviews and 800$ in article marketing. It will be hard to spend the budget over the month wisely, but I think you will be able to invest is about 6 months.

I would do something similar. Fist, I hire a pro designer to revamp my affiliate site, second I would hire pro writers to write articles and reviews and would submit those to article directories.

Masterofpaytoclick Dont spam..You have to be extreamly gullible to invest 5k into smartbux....
    Anywayz back to the topic..

What i would invest in is article writing and Press releases.... but then again
5k on those is alot so i would do a combo of both but of course redesigning the site is a must.

Perhaps some offline stuff as well - I've heard Howard Stern takes 5K or so for advertorials and it has worked wonders for many sites. I might split up the 5k to 5 tasks and test them with $1000 for the first month. Eliminate the tasks that didn't work and spend 4K on the top 2 ROI producers. You should share how you monetize your site, that might give you more direct answers. If you make ad rev., you want traffic, if you sell aff stuff or memberships/leads etc. you want targets. 5K can go far or can go quick if you don't have a gameplan or final destination for the spend. Perhaps hire an online PR consultant for $500 to help you spend (though risky this can work well too).

Best of luck, post your progress for us.
