    Hey all,

    I just finished my latest project, and thought I'd post it here in the business forum for people to make use of when making a domain/site purchase decision. The tool takes many factors into consideration such as backlinks, Alexa rating, Page Rank, age, and others, and determines a resale value based upon the estimated 12-month earning potential for the site.

    And thats when its only really worth < $5000.

    The site could use some major tuning. I could put up a one hour old site with 10 backlinks and already $40? No no, the web is not easy money.

    hmm very nice idea i am in the middle of make a script like this but i am have trouble with some mata catching but ill get there but i like the fact my site one was well over the 10000 mark and one over the 30000 mark but to be honest i dont think any one would pay that much

    Another useless estimator. No offense to you, but I recommend that you should be spending your time making useful websites so you can be earning money rather than wasting time.
