I did work my neck seperately, my gym has nothing for it so I bought a neck harness to attach plates to. It broke after some time, I have now since bought about 5 others, all broke the first use! It appears I use to much weight for the damn things! I still have my newest one, I think I can fix it if I can find a leather repair place. That is an old pic, my back is actually bigger Yeah I've used several NO products, currently I use Dymatize Xpand which is a creatine NO product. I do get samples at times 'yes from US' just don't have the time to always sign up for them Have gotten quite a bit though.
Ahh, the Dymatize Xpand. I had a single ready made one before. The grape one tastes VILE! I'd steer clear of that flavour It didn't work on me, but i'm pretty tolerant to the stuff. Xplode and Endorush are useless, and had no effect :| Whiteflood, NO limits and a few others are on samples at bb.com now
Yeah the grape isn't good, I think the one I get is pina colada or something. I mix it with CEE and dextrose with some other preworkout sups It's not the type of thing you'll feel it the first time to much.
Ahh, prob explains why the stuff isn't getting me. Reps at bb.com said the superpump and shotgun is alot stronger. Shotgun is stronger than superpump they said, but shotgun costs more What would you say is the best? After these 2 I'd rarther get a solid one with good reviews, instead of wasting money and trying them all.
I've only tried a few formulas to be honest, so far I prefer the Dymatize Especially for the cost. Reps are there to sell products that make $$$, put more faith into those who actually use them.
Start lighter, and build it up. I was in a room with people doing dumbles like 35kg+ and I was on things like 4- 6kg to start with.
xpand is the shit. I lift at least 25% more. Also my workout is much more intense. Before i start using it, i get around 8 exercise. Like today, i work 8 set, 15 minute of conditioning drills, and do 4 more set after than. another 15 minute of conditioning drills, and 3 drop set. Use xpand pre workout and storm during workout. It works really well for me

yup, i can just keep on going also i learn to self talk..I used to keep telling myself i can't do it, it is too heavy, i am tried or all kind of lame excuse for not doing more. Now it is all positive "you can do it" kind of talk and it works well
Yes attitude/mind is key. I have days where I am just dragging, and I will be telling myself the same things. God I want to go home, I'm sick, yadda, yadda, yadda. On those days I try to dig in even harder, work that much more, it's a great feeling when you get a good workout in on bad days
Yup, also the music. My sport club keep play those crap pop song. I bought a ipod shuffle (the one that you can clip on your shirt) and get my metal blasting
No, it was just a few minutes.... I wasn't planning on going to the gym today. Today is just a cardio day, and the track at the gym has been taken over by a haunted house! So no workouts on the track until next Friday. I got ready to go out and run, and as soon as I did it started sleeting. No way am I running in that crap.
I used to train 2 1/2 to 3 hours in the morning and in the evening another 2 hours. I was as dedicated as a professional and felt great. I was also gaining mussle mass faster then you could say steriods! Yeap that did the trick but finally took a toll on my heart. Let's just say that I'm not in the best of shape anymore. Dont do juice. I was stacking 3-4 a week. I was benching over 425 pounds without even thinking twice. I'm 5'9 so you can image what I looked like at 210 pounds. Eat right, eat about 10 times a day, eat high in protien, drink Matrix, it's the best and it's awesome. It will also give you results, just try it, you'll see that I was leading your right. Grim Matrix is the best. I drank the vanella with wholemilk in the morning and before I went to bed. Make sure you drink one before you crash at night. Just don't get on the juice. It's not worth it man! You'll look good fast but in the end you'll regret it. Sure it was awesome watching people look at me and hearing man look at those arms, that chest bla bla bla but I don't hear that anymore lol I'm so out of shape it's not even funny. GRIM How old are you this will play a good factor as well!
I almost always have a protein shake or other good form of slow digesting protein before crashing. Never did roids, never will. I'm 30
