traffic not coming

i have manage to come on first of page on google search with few keywords but some how the traffic is not coming, i only get 60-80 visitors per day, I am not sure what i am doing wrong. please suggests

to be on fancy/fantasy or exotic keywords top ranked is easy
but you have to get top SERPS in POPULAR keywords in demand by thousands and ten thousands daily users

u need to offer something in NEED by huge quantities to get a real traffic on your site

 

Well, it depends on the activity of the keyword/s that you're using. don't expect great number of visitors if the keywords activity is low (meaning it has very few searches)...The best thing to do is to look for keywords with high demand on searches by using keyword search tools like Overture.

Sometimes it takes some time to start getting traffic from se. It greatly depends on the type of site. Blogs easily start getting traffic. Sites like e-commerce hardly get much.

 

What is your URL and main keywords? This helps with this kind of question.

 

Do you know the number of searches of your keywords. Because if it don't have huge searches a month then you cant really have a good traffic from it. Try also a traffic from referring site using your KW as an anchor although a organic traffic is better

 

First page for what keywords? If you don't get traffic from them, that means you need to research better keywords which bring you more traffic. Simple?

So you are happy because you getting 60 uniques/days.

Rank for dubai and you will get atleast 500 un/day

 

i searched dubai holidays and did not see you on first page

 

Dumb question , but where would the keywords be put ? have these to be intergrated into the sites text? or do these go into the meta tags or description etc?

soz for the newbie question.

 

if you search with "dubai dream holidays" its appear on first page

its true doesnt appear on first page with "dubai holidays"

 

how can i get good ranked for "dubai" keyword, its bit hard to do that,

any tips and tricks

:- Cheap Dubai Trip, Home rent in Dubai etc.

 

i do use these keywords but when i only get that kind of articles. but i dont use these keywords in my home page or index page

Traffic depends on ur keyword.Thatz why we do keyword research before optimizing that keyword.
