I'm just wondering if I can use Credit Card to pay without registering in moneybookers?

He wants to pay with a Credit Card, not verify wioth it. So, you need a MB account. Its idfferent than PayPal.

Also, notice that payments on MB cannot be reversed.

 

You dont necessarily have to open either a moneybooker or paypal account to pay via credit card. Credit card payments can be done directly. Some companies do require an authorization form with your signature to guarantee the validity.

Make sure you only share your card details with big/trusted compnies.
