I have a problem with MB.
I requested PIN to verify address but I didn't receive it. I emailed them but still no reply.

What can I do?
If my account is not an address verified, is it a limited account? and what are their limitation?

 

The limitation is in the ammount that you may use in your account and you can't withdraw, as far as I'm remembering now.

Try to verfy your account via credit card - it is much faster ....

 

No, I mean physical address that they mail the verification code to me and I have to put that 3 digit number to verify it.

 

when did you requested the letter? usually it takes some days

 

1 months already. My friend got it within 5 days.

I wish I can request it again. But actually I can not. They allow only once.
I read faq already. if anyone didn't receive PIN to verify address, it means their account is not a verified account.

 

no, just means thant your transaction limits are lower, you can add a bank account to higher them for example

 

YOU can always use alternate ways like bank transfer and credit card to verify your account.

The days needed in order to receive the pin depends where do you live

Yes i'm from south east asia. It would be ok if i can still withdraw fund to the bank.

 

I had some bad experience trying to verify MB recently. First I tried verifying through credit card, but since my card's statement is in my own country's currency I couldn't tell them what is the exact amount charged. I've read somewhere in their FAQ at the site that if that is the case, you should send them a scanned copy of the statement in your currency and they will verify it after they check the statement out. When I realized I can't wait that much long, I've tried to verify my address which also verifies your credit card automatically. So I requested the pin, but never got it and so my sum which was charged from my credit card was charged back and never got the envelope. After that I simply did the same procedure all over again, clicked to verify my cc and address again, but this time I was ready and got the statement from my bank 5 days after my cc was verified. But for my amazement that very same day when I got my cc statement from my bank, I received the letter with the pin to verify my address and so everything ended happily

So my advice to you is that you should try to verify your address once again and hope that this time they will send the envelope.

 

I made a mistake before and resent the activation code. It normally took me 3 weeks to receive the snail mail.

 

I'm from Asia too but I received the MB address verification code in just 5 days. Ask them if there is any alternate way to verify the address?

 

I did requested that, but I got the same in 35 or so days. I requested it again, and the new one arrived in 24 days. It was Jan. 2007

 

how can you request it again? I don't see it.
What I can see now is only input box for the PIN.

don't know as of now. But I have two diferent letters with two different PINs. The first one didn't worked, second one worked.

Or you can try entering wrong PIN few times and request the address verification again as in this case, the letter is sent again.

 

have you done that before, I have money in this account. I don't know what will happen if I put wrong pin for 3 times.

 

yeah, in that case address verification PIN which was sent to you would not be usable and you're able to request the procedure again.
