    I agree they should stay locked up, with the rules of the land.

    BTW I know he was not ;) He was convicted and wanted by the FBI.
    Personally I'd rather see a guy such as himself executed if allowed via the law, but that's just me.

    I'd go with execution as well. Unfortunately, we do not have an extradition treaty with Yemen.

    If he were in Gitmo though, he'd be there under the rules of the land. They all are.
