That's why its necessary to have the terrorists locked up in Guantanamo Bay Cuba or their home countries set them free to attack us again.

I agree they should stay locked up, with the rules of the land.

BTW I know he was not He was convicted and wanted by the FBI.
Personally I'd rather see a guy such as himself executed if allowed via the law, but that's just me.

 

I'd go with execution as well. Unfortunately, we do not have an extradition treaty with Yemen.

If he were in Gitmo though, he'd be there under the rules of the land. They all are.

 

Sure they see themselves as martyr's so all that does is please a need for revenge.

Lock them up and throw away the key, let them rot.

 

Death penalty is appropraite for killing civilians.
