I got problem with Xoom

I have send the money in my name using paypal and I am from Philippines. I wonder because I got some problems and until now my payment is still pending and I got some message regarding TOS about xoom. ANyway I have contacted them through e-mail and this is what I have received e-mail from them ;

Our Customer Verification Team detected an issue which violates our Terms of Service, and has cancelled your transaction.

Anyway I have requested for cancellation of my transfer and this is what I got Thank you again for contacting Xoom Customer Service about the status of your refund for the recently cancelled money transfer transaction.

We assure that you will soon be receiving refund towards your Paypal account within next 3-4 Business Days.

I wonder if I need to call them or just need to wait for the refund. I do hope you can inform me about this.

as per their TOS u cannot withdraw from ur own paypal to yourself in philipines.

Just wait 2-3 business days for a refund.
After that you can contact xoom via phone

 

Well it is so unlucky that your transaction got cancelled . You must read the TOS before taking out money from Xoom

 

Paypal is just new in our country besides I have done transactions in xoom many times but it was not my paypal. I thought that it was ok since some people was able to withdraw some money before. Anyway thanks for this information. I will surely asked my friend to send money from me.

 

Xoom will refund the payment, most probably within next 3 days. But if there isn't still a refund after 5-7 days, contact them.

 

I have waited for 4 days now but still no refund from Xoom. Could anyone inform me the number of xoom or do I need to dispute it in my paypal account?.

Yes I do get my refund now after 5 days time. But I need to wait for paypal to show the refund status.

 

I'm a filipino too .. you have nothinh to worry about xoom if you use there service coz incase a problem occur they will really refund you money and not scam you bro. anyways good luck for the next transaction of yours..

 

I once had a same problem but they refund my money in 2 hrs after i called their customer care support ..

 

does anyone know why Xoom canel order why we make it legal ?
